What is Keto?

Keto involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. Foods that contain 3 grams of net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) per 100 grams of food are the best.
